Level 10 Strength Instruction Sessions are 1-hour, Saturday morning sessions that teach fundamental movements and lifts youth athletes need to master in order to get the most out of their athletic performance. Sessions are 1 hour long, and emphasize the athlete performing the movement under expert supervision, and also learning and understanding the movement patterns so that they can confidently perform them in their own program. Each Saturday session will focus on 2-3 techniques. A must for athletes learning how to become stronger!
