Service Description
Level 10 Strength Instruction Sessions are 1-hour, Saturday morning sessions that teach fundamental movements youth athletes need to train in order to get the most out of their athletic performance. Sessions are 1 hour long, and involve athletes performing movements under expert supervision, while also learning and understanding the movement patterns so that they can confidently perform them in their own program. Each Saturday session will focus on 2-3 lifting techniques. A must for athletes learning how to become stronger and more efficient!
